Case 1
the sphere needed to be more lateralized than planned; but has a full wedge with 58% seating and 42 mm sphere with target plan,
so choices are:
1. lateralize and accept less seating or
2. need PMI; or
3. accept full seating, slightly medialized sphere and use 142 poly instead of 136 for improved stability
Case 2
I used a 1/2 wedge; this did not give enough offset; needed a full wedge;
Case 3
needed more offset despite full wedge; consider PMI ; cant achieve glenoid inferior inclination ie rsa and offset without PMI
the ROM is improved with my model; the posterior RSA is very high
