Causes of a tight shoulder with a reverse shoulder arthroplasty:
SUPERIOR HUMERAL MIGRATION
HIGH NECK CUT
EXCESSIVE LATERALIZATION OF BASE PLATE
EXCESSIVE LATERALIZATION OF SPHERE
LARGE MUSCULAR MALE
INTACT ROTATOR CUFF
FAILED INTERSCALENE BLOCK
Expect a tight reduction of the reverse shoulder if the preop planning software shows a distalization greater than 20 mm and DSA angle greater than 60 degrees in my opinion. This is not validated.

The inlay system has 3 polyethylene liner sizes: 0,3,6 mm which is helpful in tight cases

Can the change of COR( distal and lateral) determined from CT preop planning help determine the difficulty with intraoperative reduction of a reverse TSR? Can this information help determine the degree of inferior glenosphere placement and size and the choice for inlay vs onlay humeral stems
